The first review for the Unearthly Trance split has rolled in, this is from Dutch music zine "Asice", we would like to thank Maurice for liking the music but thinking Hodge sounded like a slurring drunk, maybe he thought Burnsey was singing on this.

Volition to play Deathfest 2010
We are proud to announce that we have been selected to play this years Deathfest. The line up so far consists of Immolation and Brujeria, both of which the bands have been listening to since we were wholesome young men. There are more bands to be announced too so keep an eye out on on the Deathfest website for more information.

Volition team up with New York's Unearthly Trance in a tribute to Winter in the form of a split 7" released on newly founded Dutch label Wolfsbane Records, the record is now available for pre order and below is the labels press release:

Pre orders are up for the Volition / Unearthly Trance split 7”. Instead of the 500 copies on grey, we decided to go for 200 copies on Clear vinyl and 300 copies on Black vinyl.
All 500 copies are hand numbered, The first 200 orders will get a clear copy plus an extra poster-insert.
Our website is still under construction, so until further notice this myspace page (myspace.com/wolfsbanerecords) will be our main site!

Hellride Review
Nearly two years after it's release we have received a glowing review from the kind folks over at Hellride, many thanks to Jay Snyder for his amazing words.
Before the end of 2009 should see the next release unveiled, the details are being kept quiet at this moment, but keep your eyes peeled.

Split CD with Bastard Noise Announced!
Next up is a Split CD with our good friends Bastard Noise. Thumbprint Press will more than likely be releasing this and should be out soon, our end is done and Bastard Noise have written a good
portion of their's.
Our contribution is "The Writing is On The Wall" an 11 minute foray into the horrors of impending nuclear war, I like many folk my age grew up in the cold war with genuine belief that we would one day be living in a nuclear winter etc... Magazines like Combat & Survival and TV movies like Threads etc further fueling this belief.
We are totally psyched we are to be sharing a record with such fine people especially at such an exciting phase in their careers.
Lord Summerisle from DFFD is also beavering away making a video of this, more details will follow as they develop.
